In the past few years, the percentage of obese women in America has increased. In 2007, 60 percent of women living in America reportedly faced obesity. Of that percentage, 40 percent are people above or at the age of fifty (50). More fat women are more susceptible to disease, compared to young women. Such diseases, type 2 diabetes, obstructive sleep apnea, certain types of cancer, heart disease and osteoarthritis. Women over the age of fifty have a large level of disease attack due to excess body weight. Therefore it is necessary if the amount of mandatory calorie consumption is low. Not only that, women over the age of fifty have low metabolic rates that cause obesity.
Not only that, women’s metabolism shrank with increasing age and of course, lowering body weight became a difficult task for them. Eating Unprocessed Meal: I always prefer to eat raw food, but I didn’t have time to hear that skill, because the taste soared, until the day I took a bold step and started eating it. I eat close to 55-65 percent of raw food, but I only need an extra boost if I want to lower body weight. So I decided to move it to 80-90 percent raw vegan food and I got that boost after exploring the program that was said, breaking fat 4 cycles. As you know, if the seeds are ripe and the raw seeds are planted together, you want to create if the ripe seeds don’t want to develop, otherwise the raw seeds are the opposite. Gentle Exercises: Like older women, you don’t need to participate in all types of exercise programs. Take a walk near 20-45 minutes 5 times a week, and you want to see how wonderful your fat is to be burned.
